The 28 Days to Happy four-week coaching program brings awareness to the blind spots we all have. Blind spots like negative self-talk, catastrophizing, and isolation contribute to depression and anxiety and can exacerbate a diagnosed mental illness.

The program is divided into four-week modules. Participants will learn how to acknowledge, accept, and forgive which will allow them to begin the healing process. Using the workbook of daily activities and coping skills, each day participants will listen to a mini 5 – 10 minute lecture based on the 28 Days to Happy companion book, complete the exercise in the workbook for that day, and apply the skills they have learned directly to their life.

Participants are empowered to better manage day-to-day life as well as the random challenges that happen with evidence based coping tools.

You will learn to:

  • Explore what is really going on in their life by uncovering how change impacts their life and why they are holding on to fear and anger
  • Apply proactive self-care strategies like setting good boundaries and expectations and management of your basic physiological and safety needs to boost your mental wellness
  • Actively learn to forgive yourself and others for the wrongs you feel have been done to you and release the heaviness that weighs on your mental health with a “forgiveness” ceremony
  • Begin to bring to life the vision you have for your life and finally celebrate yourself with an “Honor Me” ceremony

At the end of four weeks, you will take-away

  • Applicable behaviors that promote proactive self-care and mental wellness
  • Identify habits that you can actively target and bring into balance
  • Increased self-esteem and self-worth that will lead to deliberate boundary and expectation setting

  • A downloadable resource guide with evidence-based self-help and lifeline resources
